Short Biography of Prof. Metin Tanoglu
Received BSc degree from Istanbul Technical University, Metallurgical Engineering Department in 1992, Master's degree from University of Delaware, Department of Materials Science and Engineering in 1996 and PhD degree at the same university and the department in 2000. Participated to various projects as a researcher in University of Delaware, Center for Composite Materials (CCM).
Acting as professor of Materials Science and Engineering, and faculty member at Izmir Institute of Technology, Mechanical Engineering Department. Completed a significant number of research projects supported various organizations in the field of composite materials and production technologies, armor materials, polymeric materials, microstructure of materials and nanocomposites, physical and mechanical property characterization of materials."
